A Christmas card from us to you

Merry Christmas! José and I wanted to share our holiday photo with you all (since mailing cards overseas is pricey). Please note the little reindeer that Cooper kept trying to eat. We have been truly blessed this year and cannot wait to see what 2013 has to offer. I saw this on another Christmas card recently and thought it was a cute idea. Here is my top 10 list of last year.

Top 10 of 2012:
10. Our ever expanding group of family and friends thanks to numerous and very welcomed pregnancies throughout the year. (2012 was a fertile time apparently!)
9. Being able to be at and participate in several weddings of friends and family both here and in the U.S.
8. Working or at least both of us having a job and source of income here in Spain. Also having been able to teach at UofM while back in Michigan.
7. Going on an amazing honeymoon cruise this summer.
6. Rescuing Cooper and adding him to our family.
5. Moving to Spain to FINALLY be together as a married couple.
4. Spending the summer in wonderful, pure Michigan (thanks Poppa Walrus for the raft).
3. Buying our new apartment.
2. Becoming an aunt to a beautiful and hilarious baby, Daphne.
1. Getting married twice (though only the one in Spain officially counts as being 2012).

Now here is a guest post from the swarthy Spaniard:

Good job Allie!

¡FELIZ NAVIDAD A TODOS DE PARTE DE LOS PALOP GARBER!

Love,

Allie, José and Cooper

  1. Merry Christmas to both of you, also! And a Happy New Year, too! Don't have your address in Spain (which is apparently changing soon) so this will have to suffice as a card, too. Can't wait to meet Gina's new baby, Jackson, but I hope that he waits until after the holidays to arrive! So I can go to California and see Marc, Jenn and Sophie!
    Love you both!
